LUXEMBURG, Minn. A Luxemburg woman is the proud owner of a one-of-a-kind piece of sports memorabilia. Sharon Opatz bid $5,000 for a quilt made out of “Homer Hankies” signed by members of the 1987 Minnesota Twins world championship team. The Shuckin’ Shack, a locally owned casual seafood restaurant that has operated for 30 years at 5515 N. Main St., has closed for remodeling but will reopen Wednesday night for a celebration and auction of memorabilia, the restaurant’s former general manager said this morning.
