Heritage center unveils several new exhibits (Quad-City Times)
The German American Heritage Center, 712 W. 2nd St., Davenport, has opened new exhibits for the summer months. The main exhibit depicts German-owned cigar manufacturing companies and breweries in the Quad-City area with pictures, words and memorabilia from the early immigrants.
