Magistrate judge leaving post (Courier-Post)
U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel B. Rosen, who spent most of his legal career in a state or federal government position, will leave his post on Sept. 1. Rosen, 59, will take a job with the Montgomery McCracken law firm in Cherry Hill.
